Schulensmeer (BE), March 2021.

Together with a good friend, we woke up extremely early to reach this lake at around 6AM. This silent mirror of water was surrounded by vast walls of mist, the sunrise barely able to make an appearance. Birds were flying back from the warmer south, their wonderful sounds echoing through the chill silence.

A true and unique experience that I shall never forget. I dramatically failed the development of my Hasselblad pictures so luckily I took some digital pictures as well…
